Ordering From MayCom

If you would like to place an order with MayCom Communication Products, please call 269.429.8522 or 269.429.8541 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

You may also Fax your order to 269.429.2137.

When phoning in orders to be paid by credit card, please have the following information available:

• Product Information and Quantities
• Name
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip
• Phone Number
• Credit Card Type
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Verification Number (last 3 digits of number on back signature strip)
• Credit Card Expiration Date

If paying by credit card and the shipping address is different than the billing address of the credit card you must call the issuing bank of your credit card and authorize an alternative shipping address (this can be a temporary or permanent addition). The phone number of your issuing bank is on the back of your card.

If the address and zip code does not match when your card is run, your order will not be shipped as timely and may result in additional charges to your order to clear up the problem.
